This time of year we often see a rise in Spam and Phishing emails. The National Cyber Security Alliance has provided the steps below to help identify Spam and Phishing Emails:
The email asks you to confirm your personal information.
- The web and email address do not look genuine.
- It’s poorly written.
- There’s a suspicious attachment.
- The message is designed to make you panic.

A Message to our Valued Members:
I am sharing important information about new steps Eastern Slope is taking to meet the challenge of Covid-19. In the current climate, the health and well-being of our communities and our employees is at the forefront of our thinking.
To ensure the safety of our full membership, Eastern Slope is moving quickly to promote and enable social distancing. Our lobby is currently closed to customers and vendors. At this time, we are transitioning our office staff to work remotely from their homes; our technicians are taking extra precautions to keep our customers safe while in your residences and businesses. Please understand that we may not be able to enter your premises in the coming weeks, due to the rapid spread of this virus. The goal is to protect the health, safety, and well-being of our community while allowing our essential communications operations to continue as best we can. We recognize that broadband and telecommunications are vital in this time of social distancing, and we ask for your patience as we navigate this new way of providing the reliable services and outstanding customer service that you, our customers, have come to expect.
