Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

The Affordable Connectivity Program is an FCC benefit program that helps ensure that households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare and more.

Eastern Slope is participating in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) which would provide eligible members a monthly discount of $30 on their internet services.

 

How to receive your Benefit

Check to see if you Qualify –

See if your household fits into any eligible categories.

Three steps to Enroll –

1. Go to ACPBenefit.org to submit an application or print out a mail-in application.

2. Contact Eastern Slope to select a plan and have the discount applied to your bill.

3. After acceptance in the ACP use the Application ID provided to fill out the Eastern Slope ACP Consent Form.

Lifeline

If eligible, Lifeline subscribers receive a credit of $5.25 per month on their local home phone service. Customers who subscribe to internet services of 25/3 Mbps or greater, can receive a credit toward their internet service of $9.25 per month, instead of the $5.25. If customer does not subscribe to a package with a speed of 25/3 Mbps or greater, they are eligible to receive the $5.25 per month discount. Should the customer’s location not be capable of receiving a speed of 25/3 Mbps, the $9.25 per month credit can be applied to any package subscribed to by the eligible customer.

*Each household is only allowed one credit.

Military Discount

We are honored to give all Active Duty Military, Reserves, and Veterans a 5% discount on telephone and internet or internet only services with ESTech. To receive the discount call the Business Office at 888-999-3778. A picture of your Military or VA id is required to receive the discount.
